Facilities Maintenance Services

We provide our clients with turnkey services that include Electrical, Plumbing, HVAC, Mechanical, Design Build, Engineering, Excavating, Fabrication, Demolition and almost anything else you can think of.  If our client needs it done, we will find and verify the perfect contractor to accomplish their goals.

In short, if your building has a need, we or one of our close associates will take care of that need. We "made our bones" taking on the projects that no other company wanted to touch. There are no problems...only solutions.

We have a broad range of clients with a vast range of individual needs we address for each one of them. These include Fortune 100 companies, International Companies, Mid Sized Distributors and Manufacturers and locally owned small business and commercial landlords. No job is to small or insignificant. No client is too large or too insignificant.
